Terms of Service

The following is a summary of key business terms for the Regulatory Suite Services offered by LANDAUER Medical Physics:

• The Regulatory Suite subscription is subject to a 1 year minimum term. Subscription entitlements are by named user and expire one (1) year from date of purchase.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for non or partial usage of the content.
• Client’s subscription will automatically renew and will be subject to a price increase unless Client terminates at least 30 days prior to the anniversary of the date of purchase.
• The Regulatory Suite content and services are subject to the terms and conditions attached to Client’s quotation and the website Terms of Use available at www.regulatorysuite.com/terms-of-use. In the event of any conflict between this summary and the terms and conditions attached to your quotation, the terms and conditions attached to your quotation will control.
